Women in Montevideo and most of Uruguay are generally just average looking, nothing to write home about whatsoever. While there are some hotties walking around, its nothing compared to most other countries I've been to.
However, if you do end up in north Uruguay in the city of Salto, the selection is a lot better. Prostitution is completely legal in Uruguay and a woman can even get a licensed card and collect pension from the state upon retirement so I was told by Uruguayans.
Anyway, you can find some street walkers in many parts of town, but especially in neighborhoods of Carrasco and Punta Gorda richer parts along side the Rambla. You'll see them standing there in the corners.
