I noticed no one has answered your question. You don't mention what your willing to pay for a place on the beach. All places on the beach are going to be expensive. Ii don't know if you intended to put women as a package deal in your statement " I would be intrested in scuba diving lessons, snorkeling, nightlife, safe transportation and women. If your inclined that way Cartagena or Medellin is the place to go.
This is a middle class Colombian family tourist Island. We do have 3 house of prostitution which is legal in Colombia. But we have a lot more churches. As a side note none of the women that work in these houses are Islanders they are imported from the mainland. I apologize in advance if I miss read your meaning in the above statement.
Were proud of are Island and the people who live here. We have very little crime for an Island this small and over a , people and , tourist per year. We have some of the most beautiful beaches in all of South America. Come and visit us and you will see for yourself the vast difference between this Island and the mainland.
